After purchasing, you will receive an email with a discount code that gives you a 100% discount. You can pass this discount code on to the person who will receive the gift. The person can then use the discount code on this page to purchase one exercise program free of charge. Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and can only be refunded to the buyer of the gift card.
