2 Services and Pricing
- All products must be purchased through the webshop. I cannot accept payments outside the webshop.
- All products are priced in the currency applicable to your country (e.g. DKK for Danish customers, EUR for German customers, etc.).
- All products are priced including the VAT that applies in Denmark for sales to customers in your country (e.g. 25% for Danish customers and 19% for German customers).
- Products can be paid with Dankort, VISA and Mastercard; MobilePay is additionally supported for Danish customers, VIPPS for Norwegian customers, and so on.
- During the payment process, the purchase amount is only reserved on your payment card. The amount is not charged until the parcel is shipped. Digital products, however, are delivered digitally — i.e. immediately — and the amount is therefore also charged immediately as part of the order process.
- All payments are processed by QuickPay ApS and Clearhaus A/S. In some countries I also offer Stripe as a payment platform, which supports a wide range of payment methods that are popular in some countries.
- All orders are confirmed after purchase regardless of payment method or product type by email to the email address provided during checkout.

3 Delivery
- Digital products are made available exclusively in digital form on DeveloBaby.com, and you access them via your personal login. Your login details are delivered to your email address within a few seconds of payment. In special and rare cases, such as disruptions of the email delivery, this can take longer. To access content on DeveloBaby.com you need a computer (desktop or laptop) or a tablet with an up-to-date browser, e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Most features also work on a phone, but I clearly recommend using a larger screen.
- Physical products are shipped by parcel post, and at checkout you can choose a carrier and either home delivery or delivery to a parcel shop. Delivery then typically takes 2–3 business days. In special cases delivery can take longer even though the product is in stock — this will be stated in the product description. Once the parcel has been sent, you will receive a final email from the shop, which will also contain a tracking link if the carrier provides one. The carrier typically sends its own notifications by email or SMS, which you can use to follow your parcel.
If you do not appear to receive the expected emails, first check your spam folder and then contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution.

4 Right of withdrawal & warranty
When shopping online in Denmark, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and this period begins as soon as the parcel has been delivered to your home address or when you collect it from the parcel shop.
Digital products
Digital products, i.e. digital content delivered digitally, are however not covered by the right of withdrawal, and since all my exercise programs are delivered digitally by email or by giving you digital access on DeveloBaby.com, you can as a rule not withdraw from your purchase. You are, however, always welcome to contact me so we can find a solution for your specific situation.
Physical products
Physical products are covered by the ordinary right of withdrawal, and the process works like this:
- To withdraw from your purchase, you must give me unequivocal notice within 14 days of receiving the goods. Click this link to send a standard withdrawal notice by email: maria@develobaby.com. Or use the standard withdrawal form pursuant to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, Annex 3.
- Pack the item securely. Books are best packed in the original packaging, and remember the silk-paper, so the book is not damaged in transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for damage to returned goods.
- Register your return in the return portal and purchase a return label, i.e. you bear the direct costs of returning the item yourself. You will find the return portal here: https://return.shipmondo.com/develobaby-da
- Hand in the return parcel at your nearest parcel shop no later than 14 days after you have notified me of your withdrawal.
Refunds
- After receiving the return, I refund the amount to the payment card or payment method you used to pay for the order.
- The refund is issued within 7 business days of receipt, but it can take up to 14 days before the money appears in your account again. At the time of the refund you will receive an email with the updated order information.
- You may of course examine the book as you would in a shop. If the item is handled beyond that in a way that diminishes its value, a corresponding amount will be deducted.
- I also refund the cheapest shipping costs you could have used. If, for example, you could have used parcel-shop delivery but chose home delivery, I only refund the cost of parcel-shop delivery.
Warranty claims
Physical products are covered by a 2-year warranty (the right to complain about defects) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can complain about faults and defects that were present when the item was delivered. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage that has occurred after delivery. If you discover a defect, you must complain within a reasonable time after discovering it. Complaining within two months is always considered timely. If the defect appears within the first 12 months after delivery, it is presumed to have been present at delivery unless I can prove otherwise. How to make a claim:
- Send me an email at maria@develobaby.com with a description of the defect, and preferably attach pictures that make it clear.
- If the item needs to be returned, I will send you a prepaid return label. NOTE: Do not use the return portal for warranty claims! With a justified claim you should of course not pay for the shipping yourself.
- Then we will find a solution: As a starting point you can choose between a replacement or a repair, and if neither is possible, you will receive a price reduction or your money back.
5 Complaint options
- You are always welcome to contact me if you have questions or problems — I am confident that we can find a solution. You will find my contact information in the section Contact.
- Should a situation arise where we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager (the Danish Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the complaints portal at https://naevneneshus.dk.
- If you live in another EU country, you can find the appropriate dispute resolution body in the European Commission’s official list of approved ADR bodies at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies_en.

- However, information about purchases and payments (stored by QuickPay ApS / Clearhaus A/S) will not be deleted, as I (and the tax authorities) need to know from whom I have received money.
